This is the result of a little over two years of nothing but hard work and pure dedication. Like a lot of you I was overweight, miserable and spent most of my days sleeping and stayed up all night online playing video games. Until one day I just decided enough is enough, I have my whole life ahead of me and its time to start living it. So I got myself a gym membership and even though at first I had no idea what I was doing, I kept going and just made sure I was working my ass off.Then I started researching about bodybuilding and health and just filling my brain with as much info as possible in a few months I had solid workout and diet program I started following. I eventually fell in love with bodybuilding and found myself working out 6-7 days a week. Now 2 years later I’m basically a new person physically and mentally and it was all because I DIDNT QUIT. If I have any advice for you guys is to not give up, the moment you stop is when you lose any chance of improving. It will be hard you’ll have times when you quit and feel like everything you do is worthless and you wont see change, but DONT. STOP.
