Every time I make progress pics I’m like woahhh that was really me? I remember the constant discomfort and back pain and shortness of breath but I’m surprised every time by how big I really was.
Left – 2011 230lbs , a couple years before I actually started losing weight
Middle – summer of 2013 160-170lbs, a year or so into my fitness journey
Right – summer 2014 144lbs, 2 years into my journey.
There have been lots of ups and down emotionally and physically but every day I try to work at better myself. If I get off track I know I will always come back because my health and fitness has become a priority. I just wish that darn extra skin would disappear! Haha.
