Using for assistance in pull-up training When I first opened the package, I thought, “Dang, that’s a BIG rubber band.” And it is. Most of my adult life I’ve been overweight and understrong. Great workout band for travel . Very Strong. This is a great heavy duty workout band. it’s lightweight so it’s great to take with you for travel. I like putting it under my feet to do sitting curls when watching tv or when I am in a hotel room. If you are doing heavy resistance training then I recomend using workout gloves with this band.
