I am no where near a specialist…I’m just a girl with a blog!
However, I can offer a few logical tips for someone in your predicament!
1) Take a probiotic supplement daily to help with digestive health
2) Eat foods with fiber, such as corn, beans, broccoli, whole grains, and oatmeal. There is a wealth of information out there in regards to getting enough fiber in your diet.
If you feel healthy enough digestively where you think you can begin to go for a day or two without taking the laxatives, I don’t see the harm in it if you’re making it a point to incorporate enough fiber in your diet along with a probiotic supplement. Like I said before, though, I am not a specialist!
