Some Tips for 30 Day Fitness/Health Challenges:

  • Find someone to do it with you
  • Or at least to hold you accountable!
  • Blog about your progress and have people follow you to keep yourself accountable
  • Write down all the reasons why you’re doing this challenge
  • Don’t give up!
  • If you a miss a day, don’t give up! 
  • YOU CAN DO THIS!
